The Ebola Outbreak in West Africa should become a wake up call for HR professionals. All measures should be taken to any and all employees traveling to or that are already in areas or near the areas affected by this epidemic. According to many medical sources in the United States this epidemic will be ongoing for sometime. Though it is believed that there is little chance of an Ebola pandemic in the homefront, there is always the risk people traveling abroad may become infected and bring the virus home.
