Alternative HR is pleased to announce its support of an Alaskan Adventure through Wildlife Commando. A small team of individuals will be braving the Alaskan Wilderness to bring awareness to homeless veterans and some of the struggles they face post military. They will be testing their endurance on this trip, leaving on September 1st and returning September 18th.
Kellie Boysen, President of Alternative HR has pledged $50/day to the National Coalition for Homeless Veterans for every day the team lasts in the Alaskan Wilderness. She invites other organizations to also take part in raising money to bring awareness to veteran’s issues and much needed financial support for those in need. Alternative HR is willing to match other organizations donations, so please reach out to Kellie if you would like the details of the company match program. Additionally, Alternative HR has agreed to assist in resume preparation for Veterans to aid in their job search free of charge to any eligible veteran.
