Do you have the mandatory exchange notice ready to issue?

 As of October 1st, 2013 ALL employers, regardless of size and whether or not they offer health benefits, must issue an exchange notice to all employees (current employees and new hires moving forward.) Do you have the notice? If not, we can help you with this requirement. Give us a call to schedule an appointment.

Please note that current Alternative HR retainer clients will receive the notice with instructions before the deadline, so there is no need for them to call for an appointment.

PLEASE NOTE: Less than 24 hours ago it was determined that the PPACA employer provided health care mandate will not be effective until January 1, 2015. However, requirements for the exchanges have not changed. Look for more details on this topic in the coming weeks, as we receive more information from the administration.
